Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Company" means Cavius Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 59 635 319 934).

"Customer" means the person, firm, or company to whom goods are supplied by the Company.

"Goods" means all products and services supplied by the Company to the Customer.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are paid online at the time of placing the order via credit card. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the price at the time of order confirmation.

3. Delivery

Delivery times quoted are estimates only and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.

The Customer must inspect all Goods on delivery and notify the Company of any damage or shortfall within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Returns and Warranty

Goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

Warranty claims are handled in accordance with manufacturer warranty terms and Australian Consumer Law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising from the supply of Goods is limited to the replacement of the Goods or the supply of equivalent Goods.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected through this application will be used solely for the purpose of processing your account application and managing your account. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
